The website is the official website of Faye Cardwell Wine Events registered at Hohenzollernstrasse 61, München, VAT registration DE289085022.
By registering for an event on this website or via the third-party service used to manage event tickets, you confirm that you agree with and are bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Faye Cardwell Wine Events.
Under no circumstances shall Faye Cardwell team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Faye Cardwell ‘s team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Terms relating to Event Participation
Any individual registering for an event on this website or via our third-party service confirms to be over the age of 18 and accepts the terms and conditions given in this document.
Participants are personally responsible for their actions including moderation when consuming alcohol. We will not be held responsible for any damage or physical injury as a direct result of the consumption of alcohol.
Any personal data which is shared via the registration service is done so to guarantee the quality of participants at events and may at the discretion of the organiser be passed to the client who is paying for the event. This information will include name, category (trade, press etc) and name of company if provided. In accordance with GDPR rules, no further information will be provided.
Tickets to consumer events may be cancelled within 72 hours for a full refund. The refund will be provided to the same payment means. In alternative, the participant may request a voucher to be used for a future event within 12 months of issue. After this date the tickets may be transferred but cancellations will incur a 50% - 100% fee depending
Intellectual Property
All information, data and content of a graphic nature included on this website, or any subject matter recognised as intellectual property under the laws such as and including proposals, documents and reports is the property of Faye Cardwell Wine events.
The company grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual and non-transferable license to use the website solely for the purposes indicated herein and you have no right to resell or distribute any content of the website or other documents created by Faye Cardwell.

Typographical Errors
